We added our first vehicle to the Silly Willie’s Fleet. The pink golf cart has been a lot of fun. Whenever you see us around town be sure and ask for your doggie treats, we always have them handy for our furry little friends. Abby enjoyed being the Mascot for the Christmas parade decked out in her pink Santa Clause coat that grandma made her. You’ll be seeing a lot of us in the new year.

The dogs came dressed to the nines... Canines that is. We had some really great costumes. They all got to bob for toys while their people shopped for great bargains at Silly Willie's. Thank you all for another GREAT year. We are so lucky to have all of you in our extended family.

The first Fido Fiesta of 2011 was quite an evening. It was paired off with the Hawaiian Luau, a Flagler Ave Street party. Our dogs rose to the occasion and came dressed ready to party with Hawaiian Leis. Clancy's gave complimentary appetizers to our human friends and the dogs were treated to gourmet cookies from Silly Willie's. Earthlight Photography took the amazing photos.

Our furry friends bring the 2010 season of Fido Fiestas to an end with a parade of adorable costumes. Thank you to all who participated in the costume contest, and to everyone who helped to make our first year of Fido Fiestas such a huge success. The 3rd annual Birthday/Customer Appreciation Bash is in the history books. What a fun party. We had lots of our furry friends all decked out in their Halloween finest. The witches brew was a big hit too. Check out all the images and see the party goers enjoying the festivities.

Guests of the June Fido Fiesta came dressed to party. Guests mingled on the covered patio while enjoying a Nacho Chip Buffet provided by Clancy's. The weather was beautiful on the evening of the May Fido Fiesta. Guests enjoyed a nacho buffet provided by Clancy's, and Silly Willie's brought furritos for their furry friends. Joann and Vicki were members of the Hospice of Volusia/Flager relay for life team. As a fundraiser the team held their 2nd annual Bark-and-Wine, dogs night out at Norwoods Restaruant. A great big thank you goes out to Norwoods for donating the space and all of the food and wine. They provided a wonderful hors d'Oeurve buffet and and great wine. The team raised over $1000 dollars that night. Thank you to all who supported us.

The March Fido Fiesta sponsored by Silly Willie's and Chris' Critter Sitters was held at Clancy's Cantina on March 25th. We were blessed by the presence of over 40 dogs and their owners. Generous donations were collected and given to animals in need. Thank you so much for your support. This event will be held again in April. On Thursday Feb, 11 the first Fido Fiesta was held at Clancy's Cantina and sponsored by Silly Willie's and Chris' Critter Sitters. It was a cold evening so guests sipped drinks while mingling by the fire. This event will be held again in March so set your calendars for the 25th and don't forget to bring your pet food donation. This is a wonderful evening to get out and socialize with your dogs. See you there!

On Saturday January 23 Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach was the gathering place for the 2nd annual Go Dog Go which was presented by the Southeast Volusia Humane Society. There were dogs of every size, shape, color, and breed participating in the day's events. Silly Willie's was the half way point for the fun pet walk where each dog was treated to a toy and dog cookies. The weather was perfect and the turnout exceeded all expectations. Thank you to all who helped to make this event a success.

October 30th, 2009 marked the 2nd anniversary date as store owners for Vicki and Joann. As a way to say thank you for your support, a party complete with pupcakes, puperazzi, and door prizes was held on November 7th. On Wednesday, June 24, 2009 Silly Willie's had a Hot Dogs and Hound Dogs Block Party in front of their store. The event benefitted the Southeast Volusia Humance Society and Concerned Citizens for Animal Welfare. Thanks to everyone for making this event a successful one. Friday, April 24, 2009 kicked off the annual ACS Relay for Life event at Riverside Park in New Smyrna Beach. The Hospice of Volusia/Flagler team, including Silly Willie's, displayed their commitment to the cause with a M*A*S*H inspired theme, complete with massages for visitors. It was a lot of fun for a great foundation.

Wednesday, April 15, 2009 wasn't only a big day for the IRS, but also for the Hospice of Volusia/Flagler Relay for Life Team who held a Bark & Wine fundraising event at Norwood's Restaurant. The event was a huge success and a big "Thank You" goes out to every fur-kid and parent that attended.
