Calendar Photo Contest
The Silly Willie’s Pet Calendar is back by popular demand. Get your cameras ready and start snapping the elusive perfect pictures of your cats and dogs. You and all of your friends will be able to vote on your special fur baby. The pets with the most votes will be chosen to represent Silly Willie’s in the now famous Silly Willie’s Calendar. Go out and take the best shots of your pets and submit them to Silly Willie’s via our website. Remember to include pictures of your pets showcasing different holidays. Photos will be available for viewing through July 15th 2010. Voting will open on July 16th and end on August 31st 2010. The cost is $5.00 per entry and the proceeds will go to animals in need. This is a great way to have your photogenic fur-kids featured all over America, while supporting animals in need.
2011 Silly Willie’s Calendar Photo Contest for Dogs and Cats – Official Rules:
- Entry fee is $5
- One photo per entry fee
- Proceeds to go to animals in need
- Images must be full color
- All images must be horizontal layout
- Images must be at least 1530px wide by 1260px tall (21.25″ wide by 17.5″ tall)
- No professional photography
- No cellular phone images
- Images must not contain any people
- Photos submitted in last years contest will not qualify
- No refunds will be given
- Photo submission is from March 1, 2010 till July 15, 2010
- Voting begins July 16th, and ends August 31st
- Voting is done by you online on the Silly Willie’s web site.
- One vote for as many pets as you like each day.
- One vote per entry per computer a day.
- Vote every day from as many different computers as you want.
- The Silly Willie’s web and graphics department have final say regarding eligibility of entries.
We cannot use poor-quality photos. We reserve the right to omit an unusable photo from the 2011 calendar. Photos will not be returned and may be edited for format.
Photo Specifications: All Entries must include one (1) photo which meets the following specifications: at least 1530px wide by 1260px tall (21.25″ wide by 17.5″ tall) color image, horizontal layout only, and contain only an image of dog(s), cat(s), puppies, and/or kittens no humans. Entries which include a photo that does not conform to these specifications i. e. have people or people parts, are portrait layout or, are low resolution will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Entries and/or Photos that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, for any reason whatsoever. All Photos must be the original, unpublished and sole work of the respective entrant.
By submitting photographic images to Silly Willie’s, you grant Silly Willie’s a continuous, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to those images at its sole discretion. Furthermore you grant Silly Willie’s the right to store the images on Silly Willie’s servers and to use in other works in any media now or in the future. If you do not wish to grant Silly Willie’s these rights, do not submit the images. Silly Willie’s reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove images from the Silly Willie’s website at any time at its sole discretion.
The Silly Willie’s calendar contest is a fundraiser for animals in need. If you should encounter any problems up-loading your photos please contact Silly Willie’s immediately. Every effort will be made to publish all entries however no refunds will be given.
